Shipping Instructions

Camera equipment is very durable to ship if the correct precautions are taken. Wrap camera or lens with some bubble wrap, foam wrap, or several layers of newspaper. Wrapped equipment should be put in a carton or box with at least two inches of styrofoam peanuts, tightly balled up newspaper, or more bubble wrap on all sides.

Ship by either United Parcel Service, FedEx, or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, whichever is most convenient for you. Make sure you insure for replacement amount, as occasionally there are accidents or loss although since the improvement of bar codes and readers it is rare. Return shipping will be via United Parcel Service or U.S.P.S. Priority and the type of expediency will depend on how much you wish to spend. Please, when shipping your equipment, enclose a cover letter with your name, return shipping address, and an explanation of needed service. Also indicate the amount of insurance you want and the method you prefer upon return shipping. Please do not include cases, filters, caps or any accessories with your shipment. Please include note or a copy of our email correspondence when you send any equipment for service. Please correspond thru email rather then the phone if possible as I cannot always answer the phone when I am in the middle of a project.
